I will definitely be trying this 3 day detox as I recognise many symptoms esp the constant fatigue. Many good aspects of this book - addresses inflammation in the body and why this is bad, signals/symptoms of an unhealthy gut, I liked the mini questionnaire that got me thinking about my own health. What I found really interesting and helpful was the WHY of everything was explained but in a very interesting way – the importance of good nutrition, probiotics, how sleep deprivation can affect gut health adversely, why processed foods, artificial sugars and gluten are so bad for your gut health The book also gives great meal plans which are easy to follow for the 3 days. I would recommend this book, easy to understand and explains the importance of good gut health in an easy-to-understand way, what is bad for it and how to start improving it.
